Resepi - Udang Masak Ketumbar



ni aktiviti masak2 siti selain baking2 hehe..dimalam sungkai dirumah so biasalah kan, memasak untuk juadah bersungkai..2 minggu puasa,alhamdulillah siti dapat manage rasa siti kan ke gerai2 saja..siti ni lain, f ke gerai2 ramadan ani, kononkan bali ani lah..sudah disana lain ta plg dibali...ukan sedikit, banyak ta plg..mcm makan sebarek huhu...so alhamdulillah 14 hari puasa ani, budget pun lebih jua...nda jua banyak lari ke makanan saja.. hari2 dalam puasa ani mesti memasak so ada kawalan budget disini...alhamdulillah...

kelurusan jua hby mbali udang, so meh layanzz apa jadi dengan udang mr hby ani huhu
siti pernh test masak udang ketumbar...fuh...wangi baunya...rugi nda cuba...mana kan cari daun ketumbar?eh banyak kat supermarket...arah gerai pun pernh jua siti tliat...
resepi ani style ala thai ...yummy x ah..

Udang Ketumbar

Ingredients:-
500 gms. medium size prawns
1 tbsp. Maggi Ikan Bilis powder/cube
1 tbsp. belacan
4 cloves garlic - pounded
2 shallots - pounded
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
4 egg whites
4 tbsp. rice flour
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt to taste
Some butter

Method:-

Slice the prawns lengthwise. Combine the ikan bilis powder, belacan, garlic, shallots, coriander, egg whites, rice flour, black pepper and salt.
Add in the prawns and mix well.
Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Fry the prawns for about 2 - 3 minutes.
